What is your policy for damaged products?
Essence of Elegance Rentals offer a damage waiver option for all its product rentals. This waiver covers broken or damaged equipment only.
For this reason, damaged items must be returned to be eligible for protection. If the damage waiver is declined at the time of rental, all damaged and missing items will be charged at replacement cost price.

Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept  Cash, Visa/ MasterCard/Amex (through PAYPAL ONLY) and email-transfer.
Invoices are emailed to assist with flexibility in paying
